Great news for folks near Springfield Road! That local Eurospar is set for a bit of a glow-up. Plans are in motion to revamp the forecourt, getting rid of the old pumps and tanks to make way for a shiny new setup, plus some snazzy changes inside the shop too.
Proposed alterations to existing petrol filling station and forecourt including demolition and decommissioning of existing forecourt, canopy, fuel pumps, underground fuel tanks, single storey office building and ATM, to facilitate installation of new 3 pump fuel forecourt and new underground fuel tanks, with construction of new canopy, and alterations to existing shop, including new entrance, new elevational treatment, internal re-ordering of existing retail area, with new ATM, associated carparking and signage.
