Irish-language activist from Belfast appointed to advise Irish president
Big news for our city! One of our own, an Irish-language activist from Belfast, has been appointed to advise the President of Ireland. It's fantastic to see a local voice being recognised on such an important stage.
Under the Irish constitution, the Council of State provides advice to the president.
