Flying of flags at council sites 'audited' after paramilitary emblems in park

Well now, it seems there's been a bit of a kerfuffle down at one of our local parks, with some rather unwelcome flags popping up. Our council's been looking into how flags are flown on their sites following the incident, and they're making sure things are above board.
