Flying of flags at council sites 'audited' after paramilitary emblems in park

Well, it seems there's been a bit of a stir at our local council sites, with an audit being carried out after some rather unwelcome flags popped up in a park. Let's hope this brings a bit more clarity to what's being flown around our community spaces.
