Emails reveal council and Co Down harbour pier repair dispute

Well now, it seems there's a bit of a kerfuffle brewing over repairs to a pier down in Co. Down, and our local council is right in the middle of it! We'll be keeping an eye on how this disagreement might affect things here in Belfast.
