DUP fails with anti-censorship proposal in Belfast city centre noise debate

Well, it seems there's been quite a bit of chatter at Belfast City Hall this week! A recent proposal aimed at tackling noise in the city centre just didn't get the backing it needed. We'll have to see what happens next to keep our streets a bit more peaceful.
