Call made for free parking in Belfast car parks on St Patrick's Day

Well now, it looks like there's a bit of a discussion brewing about making things a bit easier for us all on St Patrick's Day! A call has been made to have free parking in our city centre car parks that day. It'd certainly be a nice gesture as we all head out to celebrate!
