Belfast's student building boom is at an end
Well, it looks like the days of new student accommodation popping up all over Belfast might be over for now. Experts are saying that it's just not viable to build more at the moment, so the boom we've seen is likely coming to a close.
The consultancy firm Savills said further development is currently unviable and "market sentiment is that this sector is fully satisfied".
