Belfast Council to review cold snap bin collection failures, and will look at Bryson contract

Brrr, remember that chilly weather? It looks like our bin collections had a bit of a wobble during the cold snap, and Belfast Council is planning to take a good look at what happened. They'll be reviewing the issues, and that includes a peek at the Bryson contract.
