Belfast Council to review cold snap bin collection failures, and will look at Bryson contract

Oh dear, it sounds like our bin collections might have run into a bit of a frosty problem recently! The Council is promising to get to the bottom of it, and it looks like they'll be taking a close look at the Bryson contract too. Let's hope things get back on track soon!
