Belfast Council to review cold snap bin collection failures, and will look at Bryson contract

Brrr, remember that recent cold snap? It seems our bin collections had a bit of a wobble, and Belfast Council is now looking into what went wrong. They'll be reviewing those service failures, and the contract with Bryson is also on the table.
