Belfast Council to look at fast-tracking amplified busker and preacher byelaw so Fleadh Ceoil won't be spoiled

Looks like our City Hall is getting ready for the Fleadh Ceoil! Council's considering speeding up new rules for buskers and preachers to make sure the festival is enjoyed by everyone. We'll keep you posted on how this develops!
