Belfast council can do nothing to stop landlords bulk buying houses for HMOs, councillors told

Well, it's a bit of a head-scratcher for our local councillors this week as they've been told they can't actually do much about landlords buying up multiple houses for HMOs. This is something that's been on a lot of people's minds across Belfast, and it looks like it's a tricky one to tackle right here at home.
